Marijuana In California

On November 8th, 2016 the medicinal legality was up for grabs in 8 states of the United States of America whereas the recreational use was also being decided on the same day for 5 of the 8 states. The state of California was one of them and the question on your mind must be whether is weed legal in california or not and we are very happy to say that the answer is a big YES. Both medicinal and recreational marijuana is legal in California but there are still a set of rules that you will need to follow.

The legalization will show the world that marijuana should be treated like alcohol and that adults can use it responsibly. The law still says that adults, of the age of 21 can possess an ounce of marijuana and with them and can smoke it within closed doors and in no public places. It is still illegal to ride or drive any kind of vehicle when you are on Marijuana. The California police will come up with regulations with which they will conduct the test or Marijuana content in a person.

People of California will be allowed to grow marijuana in their homes but only in completely bounded interiors and you can’t sell cannabis to anyone, so if you want t grow cannabis inside your quarters then you will need someone with a marijuana plant to gift you its seedlings or an entire plant.

If children are found with weed on them then they will sentenced to community service with a taint on their record, which will be removed once they grow up to be adults. You can’t sell it to kids either. Cannabis grown in one state can’t be transported to another state as it still might not be legal in that state.
